I'm a senior engineer who's been with machines since I was a kid. I started Psio because I knew I could ship this work better than the agencies pitching it — and because I got tired of watching operators get sold roadmaps for problems we could have built in six weeks.
I went the independent route. I grew up around builders — property, construction, country clubs — so I've seen what good operations look like and how easily good operations get bottlenecked by the wrong tools. That's the seam I work in.
The portfolio is mixed on purpose. Brainchild Engineering (US) for industrial workflows — my first independent client. Royal Residencia and Royal Palm for property. The Oasis Golf & Aqua Resort for leisure. Pureplant.pk, Demure-Pret, and Intrinsic Combat Unit for brand and inbound. Each one runs in someone's real production today — not a deck.
Psio is small on purpose. I'm on every diagnosis call. I sign every handover. You bring the bottleneck. I bring the read, the build, and the engineer who stays on after go-live. That last part is the part most vendors skip.
Beyond the builds, I advise teams on AI implementation and integration — how to put agents into a real business and wire them into the systems already running it. I specialise in LLMs, agents, API integration, and generative AI.

I run how Psio delivers. Junaid owns the architecture and the code; I own the path around it — scoping, timelines, resourcing, and the handover. If a build slips or a system needs a human after go-live, that lands on me.
I came up on the delivery side of software — web and custom builds, ERP rollouts on Odoo, and the marketing and support operations layered on top. I've spent that time in the unglamorous middle: what was promised versus what actually shipped, and who owns it when it breaks.
Most AI work doesn't fail on the model. It fails on operations — no owner, no maintenance, nobody accountable on the day it stops. My job is to make sure Psio is never that vendor. Every system we hand over has someone whose name is on keeping it alive. Mine.
