System
End-to-end automation across spec intake, document generation, and vendor dispatch. Humans now approve, not assemble.
Outcome
Senior engineering time reclaimed for engineering. Project throughput up materially.

Royal Residencia

Challenge
Lahore property brand needed a digital surface that matched the scale of the development — not a stock WordPress template.
System
Single-file scroll-driven cinematic site. Frame-sequence hero, magnetic CTAs, module-driven motion. Shipped on Vercel, owned by the in-house team.
Outcome
Brand presence consolidated into one owned canvas. Replaces three separate microsites with a single mark of house identity.

Intrinsic Combat Unit

Challenge
Trial signups and class bookings were trickling in through Instagram DMs and getting lost. Coaches doing intake instead of coaching.
System
AI concierge sitting on inbound IG DM + WhatsApp. Captures lead info, books trial class against the coach schedule, fires SMS/WhatsApp reminders, escalates only when a human is needed.
Outcome
Inbound triage off the coaches' phones. Trial-class fill-rate up; no missed first-sessions on busy evenings.

Demure-Pret

Challenge
Boutique fashion label needed a digital surface that matched the in-store experience.
System
Brand site with motion-led product storytelling, integrated commerce, and content workflows the team can run without a developer.
Outcome
Brand consolidated its Instagram-first energy into a Meta-integrated owned-channel system. Self-serve content updates wired across IG, web, and WhatsApp Business.
